About Mike Moles
Mike has over 30 years of experience in finance including 17 years in executive roles as CFO and Corporate Controller with global manufacturing companies. His experience includes multi-site facility management with international responsibilities in Europe, Asia and Mexico. He has had management responsibility for Human Resources, Purchasing and Information Technology with 5 direct and 10 indirect reports. Additionally he has broad experience in Aerospace, Scientific Instruments, Automotive, Industrial Machinery and Petrochemical industries. He was also a board member for the Singapore Company providing direction resulting in significant market share expansion in the region.
Mike is a dynamic business partner with a wide range of operational and financial acumen with success in controlling costs and growing the top line of a business. He has also been instrumental in planning and implementing strategic initiatives that include joint ventures, new facility expansions, raising capital and leading ERP systems implementations.

Mike lives with his wife and three children in Bethel, CT and enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, fishing, camping and watching his children participate in school sporting programs.
